A couple of blog posts ago, I shared about some growing pains that I have been experiencing. What sparks my interest?
To continue, I am a millennial mother of one. I would love to have more energy to better keep up with my extremely high energy child . I especially want to be prepared for whenever we decide to have another. As I mentioned in my Growing Pains blog post, I also want to lose weight. I believe that I have been doing a phenomenal job of loving myself in all my phases. Now that my time in vet school has come to a close, it is time to be a woman of my word. It’s time to make the changes that I said I would!
Now, let me tell you all about Always Eat After 7PM! My favorite part about it is that it debunks so many popular dieting myths! It does this prior to detailing an easy-to-follow diet that accelerates fat-burning. The diet also allows you to indulge in your most intense food cravings. I don’t know about you, but as a person who tries to optimize how much I get done during the day, I most certainly will forgo eating if it allows me to continue being productive. I also would not mind eating the majority of my calories at night. And that is EXACTLY what this book encourages!!
