Does Always Eating After 7PM Make a Difference?

Tis the beginning of the end of these posts brought to you by my sponsor, Always Eat After 7PM. One thing will always remain the same, my opinions are always going to be my opinions.

Wow, I guess time truly does fly when you’re having fun! It was about a month ago when I started my journey with Always Eat After 7 PM: The Revolutionary Rule-Breaking Diet That Lets You Enjoy Huge Dinners, Desserts, and Indulgent Snacks—While Burning Fat Overnight by Joel Marion. I can’t even begin to summarize how much I’ve learned about myself in this short time. Like I said in the beginning, we’ve been traditionally taught to avoid carbs, have an early dinner, and never eat before bed, but does not have to be the case anymore! The latest scientific research shows us this earlier model is not the most ideal and that goals can be met, dreams can come true, while breaking all of those traditional rules!

From the mouth of the author:

“Fact is, most diets are extremely narrow with regard to food choices and variety, and many even limit entire macronutrients altogether over the course of the entire program (think low-carb and low-fat diets). Three months with no carbs? No thanks. Such practices not only are entirely unnecessary, but make for a miserable, unsustainable experience.”

– Joel Marion

I don’t know how I made it this long with going on a rant about how the word “diet” makes me cringe. It’s amazing to think that I, Laria, have been able to actually participate in a diet, albeit a revolutionary one. And while it was not always easy, I was always happy! It feels like it was yesterday that I was investigating the author in my second blog post. Could that really have been just last week when I found myself raving about meal planning and COOKING in my third blog post? It may not seem like a big deal to you all, but my husband would gladly explain to you how little I cooked after starting veterinary school.

Joel Marion’s Always Eat After 7PM program truly does make dieting easy and eliminates 90% of reasons for resistance. The journey doesn’t stop here though! I have spent the last several weeks building skill sets and feeding my desire to do what’s best; for myself and my family based on the principals outlined in this book. We have to keep going full speed ahead! I’m going to keep applying the changes that I made in my day to day life. I suggest that you use this opportunity to learn more about the book and how to purchase it!

Thank you for joining me on this journey! If nothing else, I hope that you truly do feel inspired to make a radical change in your life. And do so by working smarter instead of harder!

For the fourth and final time, this post has been brought to you by my sponsor; Always Eat After 7PM, but I’m sure that by now you all know, all opinions shared belong to me.
